Mit RITES OF LOVE zeigt das Hamburger Kunstkollektiv Maison Douce eine neue Serie von Linoldrucken über die Liebe – als Ritual, Begehren, Versprechen und Wagnis. Für einen Abend wird das Eppendorfer Kontor zum Ausstellungsraum.

Im Artist Talk erzählen Lotte Hauss und Marc T. Süß von der Entstehung der Arbeiten, ihren Motiven und der künstlerischen Welt von Maison Douce. Zwischen den Arbeiten lässt sich auch das besondere Sortiment des Eppendorfer Kontors entdecken – mit Drinks und ausgewählten Delikatessen.

Die neuen Motive sind an diesem Abend zum ersten Mal zu sehen. Und wer sich verliebt, kann direkt eine Arbeit mitnehmen.

With RITES OF LOVE, the Hamburg-based art collective Maison Douce presents a new series of linocuts exploring love—as ritual, desire, promise, and risk. For one evening, the Eppendorfer Kontor will serve as an exhibition space.

In an artist talk, Lotte Hauss and Marc T. Süß will discuss the creation of the works, their motifs, and the artistic world of Maison Douce. Amid the artworks, visitors can also explore the Eppendorfer Kontor’s special selection—featuring drinks and select delicacies.

The new motifs will be on view for the first time that evening. And anyone who falls in love can take a piece home right away.
